Saturday: MILFORD MELTDOWN MEET POOL: Milford High School Natatorium, 2380 South Milford Rd, Highland, MI 48357. Milford High School is 1.5 miles south of M-59, enter on Watkins Blvd. Pool entrance is located on north end of school by the football field. FRIDAY NIGHT:
Location: Hampton Inn Wixom
Please communicate on WhatsApp if you want to Opt In for dinner at 6pm : Buddy’s Pizza. We can determine order based on numbers.

SATURDAY MORNING:
Milford Meltdown Masters Meet for registered Masters Swimmers (>18 years old).
Session 1 Event 1: 800 Free only Check in and warm up from 8:00 to 8:30am
Session II Events 2-20: Warm up 9-10am | Starts at 10:00am
9:15am Deck Entries
9:30am Warm-Up
10:00am - ~2:00pm Swim Meet
Meet is providing some snacks.

SATURDAY LUNCH: Lunch on your own.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON ACTIVITY: WHIRLYBALL (Click HERE for video description.)
3:45pm Arrive for 4pm-5pm Team building activity
Coach Aaron will put swimmers in groups of 5. 10 can play at a time.

*Please note that the building is located behind Gateway Village Condos in the Total Sports Complex. We are just west of Meadowbrook on Grand River. You can turn in on Grandview Lane and that will bring you back to our complex. We are on the west side of the building, just look for our red awning!

SATURDAY EVENING:
5-6:30pm: Leave Whirly ball, go and BYOMeal, we’ll eat dinner together in hotel conference room.
6:30-7pm: Coaches will pre-teach clinic concepts, announce lane assignments and if time, introduce headsets.
7:00-8pm: Presentation of “Resistance Training Program Design for Swimming Athletes with Down Syndrome”;
